Ι. Return product for repair

In case the product is found to have a technical malfunction, and if this is confirmed by the technicians of Paradise Technology, which provides the extended guarantee of good operation, under the above conditions, the following applies:

  1. A product that is covered by either the legal or the extended warranty of Paradise Technology, is repaired at no charge to the consumer.
    The repair of a product outside the legal or extended warranty is possible at the expense of the consumer and after informing and approving, which will be costed based on the prices of the actual repair condition and spare parts, using the Euro as a unit of calculation.
    If any malfunction is found upon arrival and receipt of the product and if the customer informs the company within 24 hours, then the enhanced / advanced warranty DOA 7 (Dead on Arrival) is activated and within 7 working days it is repaired or replaced.
  2. In order to send a product to the company for inspection and repair, you must first contact us at 2106398315.
  3. In case of a product that has been placed outside the legal or extended warranty, the consumer will be charged with the shipping costs.
  4. If a malfunction is found by the technicians of Paradise Technology and after contacting the customer and after his approval, the product is repaired. In case it is not possible to repair or replace it with another similar one due to unavailability, the product will be replaced by another, similar, of similar or better characteristics and of the same or higher value, free from any kind of malfunction.
  5. Counting from the day a product is withdrawn, the necessary parts for the repair service should be supplied for 3 years. If product parts are sold or upgrade services are provided then the upgrade fee can be discussed.

ΙΙ. Return of product, which is defective upon delivery

  1. The defective product, if returned by the consumer with its original packaging, its accompanying documents and manuals and all the parts and accessories contained in the packaging, is checked by our technicians to determine the defect reported by the consumer.
  2. In case of a defective product, the company will repair the defect and if this is not possible the defective product will be replaced with another similar defective product, or in case of unavailability with another product of similar quality and price.
  3. The defective product is repaired or replaced at no cost to the consumer.

ΙΙΙ. Return of non-defective product – Right of unjustified withdrawal by the consumer

The consumer has the right to withdraw unjustifiably and without any charge from the contract within a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product. The withdrawal is made under the following conditions:

  1. The consumer must return the product to the original condition in which it was received, provided that it has not been used or damaged.
  2. The cost of returning the product is borne by the consumer.
  3. Following the withdrawal statement, the company is obliged to return the price received within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the product in a bank account.
  4. Shipping costs are not refundable, if the consumer had chosen a method of delivery, other than the cheapest standard method of delivery offered by the company.
  5. The consumer is liable to the company if he has used the product other than that which is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the goods.
  6. The above conditions apply to consumers exclusively in accordance with Law 2251/94. If the return concerns a professional where an invoice is issued and he is not the final recipient, then no refund is made but a credit invoice of the corresponding value is issued for a future purchase.
  7. Withdrawal does not concern defective products or products in which there is a lack of agreed quality, which are covered by their respective warranties.
